Durations are estimates, not a finish-time guarantee. Allow extra time for first-time players or accessibility adjustments. If you run late, skip the final game rather than rush it.
How the planner picks your games
We start with a small, rules-checked selection from the Round & Revel collection. Every chosen game must support your exact player count. We use the upper published duration plus a 5-minute teaching or changeover allowance for every game, then fit one to three different games inside your window. Printing and cutting happen beforehand.
“Low-key” and “lively” are editorial descriptions of how a game plays, not measured ratings. Game durations haven’t been verified by a live group playtest. A short list may not cover every combination; we’ll say when nothing fits rather than squeeze in unsuitable games.
